#3 SILVERSTONE,
HEMSEDAL
Welcome to what is perhaps Norway's most spectacular flow trail, located in fantastic surroundings! The flow trail is a fun 8 km bike trail suitable for most mountain bikers. The trail has a steady incline with massive berms, rollers - and the most skilled riders can even find small jumps in the side of the trail.

#4 FLOW MOTION,
GEILO
A mountain bike roller coaster suitable for the whole family. The trail has a total length of 3.5 km and the surface is compact with no sudden obstacles. Just let your bike flow downhill, put on a smile and ride again and again! Flow Motion can be ridden with a ordinary hardtail mountain bike in good condition.

TOP 5 FLOW TRAILS
RED / DIFFICULT
#1 SENTRUMSSTIEN,
HEMSEDAL
Unsurpassed flow in Hemsedal! This 7 km long trail has earned a lot of praise since its official opening in 2023. There are sections with open flow, tabletops and large berms, as well as sections with natural narrow paths and slabs. In addition to endless flow and fun, the nature experience is also of the extraordinary kind, and the trail offers several mandatory "Insta-spots"!

#2 DEN RAVINDE,
NESBYEN
"Norway's best trail?" Terrengsykkel magazine asked when they visited Nesbyen in 2019. This is definitely a must-try for all dedicated riders and perhaps the most frequented trail in the whole of Hallingdal. The trail offers large berms, several jumps and extraordinary flow. The entire trail can be ridden without tires leaving the ground, but for those who prefer airtime, there are plenty of option!

#3 BATTLESCAR,
HØGEVARDE
Battlescar is airflow at its best. It's possible to get plenty of air under the wheels, but there are no obstacles along the way that can't be rolled with the wheels safely planted on the ground. The trail is densely packed with different line choices and can therefore be ridden again and again. There are also several great view points along the trail, including sweeping views of the mountains Høgevarde (1459), Hesteleinnattan (1183) and Hestgjuvnatten (1068).

#4 BRÅTABAKKJIN,
ÅL
Here you get 1.7 km of red-graded "air flow" at Ål. Bråtabakkjin has lots of big berms, alternative lines and airtime – right by the village center of Ål! The trail passes by a legendary ski jumping hill "Bråtabakkjin" midways. In Bråtabakkjin you can put in round after round! Easy access via bicycle/walkway from Ål Station.

#5 GOLD DIGGER,
GEILO
Just take the chairlift to the top and point the wheels downwards. Gold Digger is machine-built with native soil and filled with berms, jumps, rollers - as well as a couple of alternative lines. All the jumps are rollable, so you get a gentle progression from Flow Motion. After about 1.2 km, Gold Digger merges with Flow Motion, which is ridden all the way to the bottom of the chairlift.
